I have decided that there are bigger more winnable battles i should turn my attentions to so sent this e mail. They have closed the helpline. So now I wait.

On saturday an enforcer called and gave me a caution. He gave me no contact details or copies of the paperwork. After consideration I have decided to fill in the form and would like to be sent another form to complete. I have tried your help line this morning but find it closed. Can you please inform me of who I should speak to to ensure that proceedings cease in loo of a completed form being filled in by return of post.
